Over the course of SGT Ken's career he's trained every branch of service as well as the German, British, French, Korean, and Singaporean Armies. Since returning from war he has created programs to help Soldiers develop confidence, become better leaders, achieve a higher level of fitness, and overcome PTSD. His programs have been used as a Tactical Fitness Training Program for the Army National Guard, as a comprehensive wellness program for the Suicide Prevention Task Force, and for fitness kits like the Operation Family Fit video series for the Air National Guard. He was awarded his tenth Army Commendation Medal for creating the Warrior Fit Camp program for the Tennessee Army National Guard Suicide Prevention Task Force. He has applied these same principles to civilian audiences.Since his first speech, he has trained people in over 30 countries including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Dubai, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Athletic interval training involves exercising at close to 100% of your maximum effort for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of low-impact exercise for active recovery. This cycle is repeated several times within a 60-minute period in order to burn the stored glycogen in your body and help you to continue to burn fat for the next 36 hours. It's a race against the clock as participants are challenged to perform their absolute best in 40-second intervals using safe and effective body weight exercises.
