Fitness: Breaking Emotional Eating Barriers with SGT Ken®

How to take complete control of compulsive and emotional eatingEmotional eating is when a person attempts to manage mood with food, such as consuming large quantities of unhealthy foods in response to feelings instead of hunger. When people cope with stress through the practice of compulsive and emotional eating, they create additional stress by what they practice. Physical health depends deeply on our mental and emotional fitness. Resilience is when you can face adversity head-on and grow from the experience. SGT Ken®, the creator of countless tactical fitness (aka “Boot Camp”) and health programs for Soldiers and their families, will provide powerful positive psychology skills to help people eliminate counter-productive thinking and focus on authentic happiness so that they may be able to break emotional eating barriers that are keeping them from a healthy life. Note: This is an intermediate-level guide on how to recognize and respond to the psychological association to poor dieting.

Resilience: The Road to Resilience: Turn Stress into Strength and Obstacles into Opportunities™

Leadership, Professional Development, Resilience

Offered as a workshop or a 4-hour certification. There are only two things that can happen to you when you face an obstacle of any kind: fall apart or bounce back. Resilience (sometimes called “emotional fitness” or “mental toughness”) is when you face adversity head-on and grow from the experience.

I am feeling extremely inspired by my experience at Warrior Fit Camp (WFC). You and your wife are some of the most genuine, caring, and giving people I have ever met. You guys have turned on a light in my head and warmed my heart.
