SGT Ken's Athletic Interval Training: Operation Pushing for Power™ utilizes highly effective interval training techniques practiced by the U.S. military. Athletic interval training involves exercising at close to 100% of your maximum effort for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of low-impact exercise for active recovery. This cycle is repeated several times within a 60-minute period in order to burn the stored glycogen in your body and help you to continue to burn fat for the next 36 hours. It's a race against the clock as participants are challenged to perform their absolute best in 40-second intervals using safe and effective body weight exercises.
