I′ve been in the Military 17 years and never met someone who is more motivated about fitness than SGT Ken. He taught a seminar at the EANGUS Conference and I was interested in how to Motivate not only myself but Soldiers in my unit that can′t seem to find the time to maintain the fitness standard.
