Resilience

Title: Living by Resilience

There are two things that happen to you when things go wrong, you either bounce back or fall apart. Whether it′s due to a job loss, an illness or injury, or the death of a friend or family member, a person with resilience is able to rebound quickly and easily in the face of adversity. A person that lacks resilience will dwell on problems and often find unhealthy methods to deal with a difficult situation. Resilience will help you see past your obstacles and help you to become mentally tough. SGT Ken shares his experience from recovering from paralysis to assuming the role of a Counterintelligence Agent team leader during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Through his stories and military training you will learn the steps to becoming a more resilient person and how you too can adapt, overcome and improvise!

What People Are Saying

SSG Weichert uses a no nonsense, practical approach to physical fitness. His methods require little in the way of equipment, they are functional and can be done just about anywhere. Most of the equipment he does use is transportable, so you can stay fit anyplace or anytime, in any environment. Bottom line - he trains you like a Guard Soldier needs to be trained.
